4. Your information: Enter your contact information, delivery address (if needed), and payment details.
5. We handle the rest: Once you submit your order, caricomkn sends it to the selected vendor.

Order Preparation:

• The vendor immediately starts preparing your order.
• Our skilled dispatch team enters your information into our delivery system.
• A driver who can deliver your order the fastest is assigned.

Tracking Notifications:

• You'll receive a text and email alert confirming that we've received your order, with an estimated delivery time.
• The driver receives your delivery information through our proprietary app, picks up your order from the vendor, and starts the delivery process.
• You'll receive another alert with the driver's details and a link to track their route on Google Maps.

Arrival and Pickup:

• When the driver arrives, you'll receive a final alert notifying you that your order is outside.
• Simply collect your order and sign for it, and that's it!

We have a dedicated customer service team that looks after your entire Caricomkn delivery experience from the moment you place an order on our website through to it arriving at your doorstep. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. Our drivers get to you as quickly as they can, but sometimes there can be a delay. We always try our best to proactively call you if we feel that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery.

 If a purchase results in a chargeback due to unauthorized card use to make a purchase, we will make every effort to collect the funds plus a US$35 bank fee and a US$35 internal processing fee.

In the case of fraudulent transactions the information will be turned over to law enforcement.
